Located 60 yards from the Bean Point Beach and the most northern point of Anna Maria Island, you'll find this fully furnished Key West style Duplex with its own swimming pool. The grounds are lush and tropical, with wandering paths and beautiful outdoor living areas for unit.
Our pools are services weekly. Due to the tropical nature of the island , it is not unusual to find unexpected debris in the pool. Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperatures get below 60F . There will be days when weather conditions will to allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming. No credit, discount, and /or rate adjustments can be granted for circumstances beyond our control.

What beautiful holidays we had! Rasa was very friendly and helpful! She answered all our questions promptly and helped us solve a problem not related with our stay. The apartment was super clean, tasteful and comfortable. The pictures are accurate! It is less than a 5 minutes walk from the beach, which is gorgeous, peaceful, and quieter than other beaches. The neighborhood is cozy and quaint and the bikes were very useful to get to know that part of the island. There are many places to eat nearby and a Publix near the entrance of the island. We thoroughly enjoyed Anna Maria and Rasa’s apartment!
Very nice appartment in a beautiful location. Had everything we needed. Rasa was very nice and always answered our questions immediately. Perfect stay, we would definitely come back again! Thank you Rasa!
